Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of TRADERANK marketing services. By booking an audit or using our site, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate local trade business to use our services. TRADERANK reserves the right to decline service to any business that violates these terms or our code of conduct.

Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. We accept all major payment methods. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of service start.

Warranty Disclaimer
TRADERANK provides services AS IS without warranties of specific results, rankings, or revenue. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We warranty only that we will execute agreed-upon services professionally.

Limitation of Liability
TRADERANK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations.
